Subculturing The cells tend to grow in floating clusters. Single cells may become adherent. Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Maintain the cell concentration between 2 x 105 and 1x106cells/mL. Gently pipette to break large clusters into smaller clusters. Medium Renewal: Twice weekly
